When Katie reached out to me to enquire about wedding photography, she mentioned having "a cosy civil ceremony at Langtons House", which turned out to be a small, intimate wedding on a Tuesday morning. Having just nine guests present on the day, Kate and Shaquiel's ceremony definitely qualified as a micro wedding - and these small gatherings are what I truly like to photograph (check out my other small weddings here). Their short and sweet ceremony took place in the West Room - a cosy room furnished in yellow and gold accents, with a stunning dark wood fireplace.
Langtons House registry office is a beautiful Georgian grade II listed building in Hornchurch, surrounded by stunning and well-kept grounds overlooking a lake. The grounds provide a wonderful backdrop for post-ceremony wedding portraits all year round.
